Booking Form

Please note that our funded hours are 9am - 3pm, we do receive funding for hours outwith these times, therefore any early drop offs or late pick ups will be charged for.

In order for us to allocate adequate staff numbers, places MUST BE booked in advance, please note that late changes will be charged.

Ad hoc bookings will only be accepted if spaces are available and will be charged at £8 per hour, any early drop offs or late pick ups that are not prearranged will also be charged at the higher rate for the full hour.

Pre booked charges are set at £6.50 per hour (charged in hour bocks) and will be invoiced in arrears approx every 4 weeks.

Funded hours are 9am - 3pm Monday - Friday

Wraparound care:

Early Bird Drop off: 8am - 9am

After School care: 3pm - *6pm (*5pm Friday)
